Ice Cream Obsession is not a stationary ice cream truck - We are SOLELY a mobile truck booking private events, as well as attending local festivals and events.

Thinking of a way to spice up your next Employee Appreciation event? How about that 40th Birthday you've been dreading? Hosting a Graduation Party for your student? No matter how big or small the event, Ice Cream Obsession would love to be part of your special day!

Hourly minimum rate: $150.00, no matter if the client is paying, or their guests are paying.

• Example 1: You book Ice Cream Obsession to come to your child's birthday party for 1 hour. You let your guests know we will be there, and they are responsible for paying for their own ice cream, if they want it. At the close of the hour, if your guests have spent at least $150.00 with us, you do not owe us any additional money. If the total sales falls short of $150.00, the booking client will be responsible for the remaining balance to reach the $150.00 minimum.
• Example 2: You book Ice Cream Obsession to come to your Employee Appreciation Event for 1 hour. You tell your team you will purchase ice cream for all of them. At the close of the hour, if the total sales is LESS THAN $150.00, the booking client will be responsible for the remaining balance to reach the $150.00 minimum. If the total sales reaches or exceeds $150.00, the client will pay the actual total for the the items sold.

If your event is public, we will advertise that we will be there on our social media and website.

For private events, ice cream flavor requests can be made for an additional fee.

• Ice cream flavors must be Homestead Creamery flavors
• Ice cream menu will be determined in the booking process. Adjustments to the menu must  be made no later than 2 weeks before the event.
• If booking less than 2 weeks out, the menu will be determined by what flavors are currently in stock with Ice Cream Obsession. 

Booking YEAR ROUND! 

Each client who books will receive a contract to review and sign. We customize each contract to meet the clients specific needs.
